Important Reminders

The following attachment was posted in community bulletin boards on December 6, 2010.  It contains important contact information and reminders of certain rules and regulations.  Please refer to the Association Documents in the Resource Center for more detail.  Click here to view the entire posting in PDF format.

To avoid violation notices and fines, and to preserve our community, please ensure that your property is in full compliance with all current regulations.  Report emergencies to 9-1-1 and non-emergency violations of law to 3-1-1.  Report community-specific issues or questions to Pioneer Real Estate Services, 800-565-9594.
  • NO PARKING: (Texas Transportation Code § 545.302-303)
    • Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant
    • Within 30 feet of a stop sign
    • While obstructing a sidewalk
    • While facing the wrong way
    • Report Violations to 3-1-1
    • Signs MAY NOT BE POSTED in common areas.
    • No more than six unrelated persons may reside in a home.
    • Must be removed within 12 hours of collection
    • Shall not be visible from the street except for collection
    • Must be parked in garage or driveway, and may not be parked on the street longer than 12 hours at a time.
    • Boat trailers and other Recreational Vehicles shall not be visible from the street for longer than 48 hours at a time.
    • Repair or maintenance of vehicles shall be done in an enclosed garage or other structure.
    • Disabled or unregistered vehicles shall not be visible from the street.
    • Commercial vehicles and/or equipment must be parked in enclosed garages – not on a street or driveway.
    • The speed limit on all neighborhood streets is 30 MPH!
    • Only ordinary pets such as cats and dogs are permitted, up to a maximum of 4 total pets per household.
    • Owners must properly dispose of pet waste and avoid unsanitary accumulation of pet waste on their property.
    • All changes to the appearance of the exterior of your home and lot MUST BE submitted to the HOA for approval.
    • Plants, shrubs, and trees may not impede upon the boundary of the sidewalk, street, or driveway.
    • Lawns must be edged & mowed.
    • Shrubs must be neatly trimmed.
    • Only grass shall occupy the utility easement between the sidewalk and the street.
    • The Board of Directors is the sole custodian of the community message boards.  Unauthorized postings are prohibited.
